The Idea of an Aggressive Onboard

I quickly skimmed through this idea. The initial questions that came to mind were:

  1. how does this work for smaller teams
  2. will I be able to follow through with actions if I use this system
  3. how does one gauge a workplace for this kind of approach and as a junior how does this system break down.
  4. i see a lot of helping people. how does one avoid becoming the "glue work" person
